Refund Policy
✧ You can receive 50% of what you paid for after reviewing the line art and don't want to continue the art.✧ You can no longer request a refund once I have started the flat colors. How long will it take?
Depending on the type of commission, I will take up between a week to two months.
✧ I do a streaming and i work as well. Sometimes I got overwhelmed and will take a day or two for myself . If anything, I'll always communicate and keep you up to date ♥✧ Since I do stream, a lot of times I would do coms live. If you don't want anything shown, let me know. Just know that it would take a little bit longer.✧ You will receive your artwork in twitter/discord dms, with a wetransfer/ google drive link (which ever you prefer) with the high quality pictures.
